Services Offered

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to access this site or purchase services/products.

Payment Terms

All payments must be completed in full prior to the delivery of services or digital products. Payment plans for coaching services may be available with prior written approval.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Digital Products:
All sales of digital products (including downloads, guides, templates, and training resources) are final and non-refundable.

Coaching Services:
Due to the personalized nature of fitness coaching, refunds are not guaranteed. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, at least 24 hours’ notice is required. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.

Physical Products:
Items must be returned within 30 days in original, unused condition and packaging. Non-returnable items include:

Exchanges:

Exchanges are only provided for defective or damaged items. To request an exchange, contact us at coach@fitforthefairway.com.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you have not received a refund after confirmation, please check with your bank or payment processor before contacting us.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, training programs, and materials on this website are the intellectual property of Fit for the Fairway. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute any material without prior written consent.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

Client Conduct

Clients are expected to engage in all coaching sessions, workshops, and communications respectfully and responsibly. Disrespectful behavior, discrimination, or disruptive conduct may result in immediate termination of services without a refund.

Public Conduct and Social Media

Clients agree not to publish defamatory, misleading, or harmful statements about Fit for the Fairway or its team on public forums, including social media or review platforms. We encourage direct communication to resolve any concerns professionally.

Limitation of Liability

Fit for the Fairway shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. All content and services are provided “as-is” with no guarantees or warranties.

Disclaimers

Individual results may vary based on commitment, health status, and consistency. Client testimonials reflect personal experiences and do not guarantee specific results.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Fit for the Fairway’s site or services at any time without prior notice if you violate these Terms of Service.
